Trick or Treat Street (TOTS)

Children can safely trick or treat during University of Richmond’s 21st annual “Trick or Treat Street” on Oct. 20 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

This year’s community Halloween event will be held at Stern Plaza, which is located in the outdoor quad between Jepson Hall and Ryland Hall, off of Gateway Road.

Parking will be available on Richmond Way, behind Jepson Hall, and on Ryland Circle, behind Ryland Hall. Directional signs will be prominently placed around campus.

Local families can enjoy bouncy houses, petting zoo, straw maze, photo booth, haunted forest, food trucks, face painting, rides and more!

“Familes attending this event can enjoy what have become traditions, including the straw maze presented by costume-clad UR students,” said Matt Isenburg, a UR student and president of Trick or Treat Street. “We also have new fun in store and will be introducing a haunted forest and children’s train ride.”

This student-led service event will benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Richmond to help support children undergoing medical treatment. Please bring a $10 donation to go directly to RMHC.
