Reservable Spaces by Student Organizations

Every space (indoors and outdoors) on-campus requires a reservation in order to be used.

All Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) must reserve spaces for their meetings and events, according to the meeting or event guidelines. Failure to follow the guidelines or using a space that is not reserved is a violation of the RSO Handbook and organizations can face organizational conduct.

RSO leaders should think through what kind of event or meeting they are planning and what space would be best for their goals. The Event Office guide of room setup options that organizations will find useful in making reservations.
