Caitlin McBride (she/her) is the Assistant Director for Student Organizations in the Center for Student Involvement. She oversees more than 170 registered student organizations, advises the Student Organization Budget and Appropriations Committee (SOBAC), and manages student organization finances and SpiderCentral.
Before joining CSI, Caitlin worked in the School of Professional and Continuing Studies with Partners in the Arts and previously taught elementary school in Fairfax County, Virginia. She is passionate about student leadership development and fostering an inclusive campus community where every student can find their place.
Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys quilting, spending time outdoors, and exploring Richmond with her husband and their two dogs, Hank and Ruth.
