SpiderFest

SpiderFest, our student organization and involvement fair, showcases some of the best aspects of UR in a fun and relaxed environment. Enjoy an evening of activities, music, and student organization tabling while you connect with friends and over 175 of your favorite student organizations and departments on campus.

SpiderFest occurs twice a year—in the second week of each semester—as an opportunity for students to get involved in organizations, clubs, and programs that help connect students to one another and their interests and passions! 

Unlike the fall Spiderfest, Winter Spiderfest is the smaller version of our large event that caters to organizations that need/want members in the spring specifically.

Winter Spiderfest 2024 will take place on Wednesday, January 24th, 2024 from 5–7 p.m. in the Robins Center

Registration

SpiderFest is open to registered student organizations, sponsored organizations, and campus offices and departments. SpiderFest registration opens November 1 and runs through January 15. Registration is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
