Lead Out Loud

Leadership positions on campus offer students some of the most rewarding opportunities to develop crucial skills during their college years. Engaging in an organization at Richmond enhances students' connection to campus, provides practical application of classroom knowledge, and allows them to lead their favorite organizations effectively.

Lead Out Loud (LOL) is CSI’s leadership development series for student leaders. Through engaging workshops, meaningful conversations, and practical leadership tools, participants develop the confidence, skills, and relationships needed to lead with purpose.
