THC 340

Located in Tyler Haynes Commons, Suite 340 is a multipurpose room available for Student Organization use. Featuring a flat panel TV with HDMI connections, multiple lounge areas, as well as group meeting tables and moveable whiteboards, THC 340 is a great spot for our RSOs to hold an executive board or weekly RSO meetings! 

When it’s not reserved, THC 340 is available for anyone to use between 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday through Friday. RSOs may reserve the space for meetings or events between 5 p.m.–12 a.m. on weeknights and all day on weekends. RSOs can reserve this space by making a request in the Event Management System (EMS) and completing the Event Registration form in SpiderCentral. 

THC 340 is also home to CSI Staff Offices, RSO Office Hours, and CSI Student Employees.
