Profile
Since joining the University of Richmond in 2014, Vittoria has accumulated diverse experience across various roles, leading to her current position as Director of Student Involvement. In this role, she oversees a wide array of responsibilities including campus events and traditions, registered student organizations (RSOs), fraternity and sorority life, and student-centered spaces.
In addition to her leadership in the Center for Student Involvement (CSI), Vittoria has spearheaded significant improvements during her tenure at the University. She led reforms to the student organization funding process, advocating for fairer distribution and access to funds. Vittoria played a key role in developing the University’s first Student Organization Lodge, known as The CAVE, which aimed to create more equitable social spaces on campus. She also established the RSO Leadership Institute, a training program for RSO officers, designed to equip them with the skills necessary to effectively manage their organizations.
These, and other initiatives driven by CSI, are geared towards empowering student groups to pursue their initiatives more effectively, fostering a more inclusive and engaging campus environment. Vittoria believes that the Center for Student Involvement’s commitment to building community at the University of Richmond is instrumental in enabling students to thrive academically, socially, and personally.
